Develop strong relationships with assigned accounts and work to holistically understand the customer’s needs.This includes but is not limited to account changes, reporting, and upselling products and services. In addition to that the Account Manager will support the Enterprise clients and team administratively. The effective Account Manager will review client results, disposition reports, review and help set client KPI’s, as well as general account and partnership items. Daily activities in this role will consist of leading pre scheduled meetings with Enterprise clients on a business owner level, corporate managerial, and executive level virtually and via conference call.
